Erno S. Daniel, MD is clinical associate professor of medicine at the University
of Southern California School of Medicine. He is a member of the Departments
of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics, and on staff at the Vascular Laboratory
at the Sansum-Santa Barbara Medical Foundation Clinic. Dr. Daniel also serves
as medical director of Mission Terrace and Vista Del Monte Convalescent Hospitals.
Board certified in both internal and geriatric medicine, Dr. Daniel is a fellow
of the American College of Physicians.
He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School
of Medicine, where he also completed his internal medicine residency program.
For his research work in magnetic resonance, he received his doctorate from
the University of California, San Diego.
Dr. Daniel is the author of a book chapter on Alzheimer’s disease for
Conn’s Current Therapy (2001 and 2004 editions). He has contributed
more than 200 articles to “House Calls,” a bi-weekly column
in the Santa Barbara News-Press, and “To Your Health,”
in the Valley Voice. He also produced and co-hosted “Senior Forum,”
a series of 52 television programs for Santa Barbara’s cable channel 3,
from 1985-1986.
Dr. Daniel lectures and chairs educational programs and seminars throughout
the United States. He is listed in America’s Registry of Outstanding
Professionals, Who is Who in California, and in The Best Doctors
in America, Pacific Region.
