Gary S. Kabinoff, MD earned his undergraduate degree in philosophy at New York University in New York City, N.Y., then his medical degree at the Universidad del Noreste, in Tampico, Mexico, and Fifth Pathway Certification at New York Medical College, Valhalla, New York. Dr. Kabinoff is a diplomate of the American Board Of Internal Medicine.

Internal medicine internship and residency were completed at Sound Shore Medical Center of Westchester where he also served as chief medical resident.

As an author and co-author, Dr. Kabinoff has been published in many leading medical journals including, Heart & Lung, Clinical Drug Investigations, Texas Heart Journal, Chest, and Primary Care Companion to the Clinical Journal of Psychiatry. He has presented numerous abstracts as several scientific meetings and has presented several hundred conferences.

His research and clinical interests include depression, mood disorders, and metabolic syndrome.
